    CEO AND FOUNDER PARTNER

    Mürsel ALKAN

    He was born in Istanbul in 1987. He graduated from Eastern Mediterranean University, Public Relations and Advertising. After working in areas such as Solid Waste Management and International tender software, he received Business Management Training on Supply Chain and Logistics Management at Sunderland University in London in 2013. Alkan returned to Turkey in 2014, 2016 University of California, Irvine also has completed the International Entrepreneurship Education.

    From 2014 to 2019, he worked in real estate and construction sectors. Alkan, who has experience in the field of Urban Transformation, Market Research, Market Management, Business Development, Corporate Negotiations and Project Management, has provided consultancy services simultaneously in the fields of Waste and Energy sectors. Alkan, who has received continuous training and consultancy in the fields of Digital Marketing and Institutionalization, continues to develop himself and his company in different fields. Alkan, CEO of Almita, is married and has a child.

     

    ARCHITECT / FOUNDER PARTNER

    Şeyma ALKAN

    She was born in Istanbul in 1992. After completing her high school education at Unroro Anatolian Imam Hatip High School, she went to Bosnia and Herzegovina for leasing education in 2010. During her education, she visited the Balkan countries and examined the architectural structures and synthesized them with the past and present. After graduating from the Faculty of Architecture of the International University of Sarajevo in 2015, she started her career.
    Since 2016, while working on various architectural projects, she also turned to the interior design area and completed many projects in practice. In 2019, they were deemed worthy of honorable mention at the Southeastern Mosque Design Idea Competition, which they attended with their teammates, and later participated in the ITU Faculty of Business Competition.
    Almita provides services in the fields of architecture, interior architecture and foreign trade with its partner Mürsel Alkan.

     

    ARCHITECT

    Zeynep ALKAN

    Alkan , who came to the world in Istanbul in 1989, aimed to improve herself continuously during her education and participated in conferences and seminars in different countries. Alkan , who started her education life in Çayırova, then graduated from Kartal Anatolian Imam Hatip High School with a degree.

    Mrs. Zeynep, who wants to continue her life abroad and plans to develop herself, went to Bosnia and Herzegovina, where our country is very popular, and graduated from the Department of Architecture and Business at the International University of Sarajevo. During her education in the Balkans, Alkan made trips to different countries and made analyzes and researches, and had the opportunity to work in many successful projects. She had a great share in the creation of projects such as Dream House, Kinder Garden, Cultural Center, Skycraper Hotel and worked in her own design. Mrs. Zeynep, who specializes in programs such as 3D Max, AutoCad, SketchUp, provided consultancy services to many companies after returning to her country.

    Mrs. Zeynep, who closely follows the new management style and the world, knows Almita, who stands out with her family, not her boss, has decided to continue her business life in our company.

     

    ARCHITECT

    Murat Demircan

    He was born in Rize in 1990. He successfully completed Istanbul Başakşehir High School. Demircan, who made many observations and researches during his education, decided to do his education on Architecture after attending various seminars.

    Having successfully completed the International Faculty of Architecture of Sarajevo University, Demircan has traveled to Balkan countries and various European countries and attended seminars and conferences in his field. Demircan, who closely follows Arabic architecture as well as Western architecture, closely follows online conferences on many platforms.

    Mr. Murat, who participated in important architectural competitions in addition to his business life, has achieved serious success in these competitions. Neighborhood design ideas competition, Public buildings design ideas competition, Mosque design ideas competition are some of these.

    Demircan, whose architect specializes in software, creates extremely impressive designs using programs such as AutoCad, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop etc. Mr. Murat, whose paths cross with Almita, reveals his difference by revealing unusual designs in the fields of interior architecture.

    ARCHITECT

    Abdülkadir KÖSE

    He was born in Istanbul in 1990. He started his education life in Gaziosmanpaşa and then graduated from Gebze Technical University, Department of Architecture, respectively. He completed his Master’s Degree on Architectural Design at the same university in 2016. In addition, Köse, who received the Occupational Safety Specialist certificate in 2017, also successfully serves in this field.

    Our architect, who has been working on concept projects such as site, residence, 5-star hotel, timeshare for more than six years, has also worked as a manager in factory, warehouse, school, dormitory, business and industrial site projects. Köse, who also works in the İSTİM project, which is located in Istanbul Tuzla, which is the award of Sign of City, attends different conferences and trainings in Italy, which stands out with its architectural and historical structure throughout the world.

    Specializing in software projects such as ArchiCad, AutoCad, Lumion and SketchUp, Köse organizes them simultaneously in trainings.

    ARCHITECT

    Asiye AKTAŞ

    Asiye Aktaş, who came to the world in Istanbul in 1987, completed in Sultanbeyli Imam Hatip High School. Aktaş, who wants to continue her education abroad, has successfully completed the Faculty of Architecture at the International University of Sarajevo. Asiye Hanım, who was also interested in different disciplines and researched throughout her education, reflected this identity to the business world.

    She attended many seminars and conferences on different topics before and after her education. Seminars titled Contemporary Architecture, Historical Architectural Structure of Big Cities, Cities and Buildings (Bosnia and Poland) are just a few of them. She started her work experience in Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and later worked in Siltaş, one of the prominent companies in Istanbul’s construction field. Standing out with its structure that constantly updates itself and integrates its ideas into the renewed world, Aktaş has developed studies and projects in the field of architecture and interior architecture. Mrs. Asiye, who specializes in many software in her field and comes to the forefront with her projects that she received consultancy, is applying in modern building and decoration projects with a different and visionary design approach.

    Speaking English fluently, Mrs. Asiye also knows Bosnian at a basic level.
